About Us

At AlemHealth, we build software and hardware that connects hospitals in developing countries to a global network of diagnostic imaging, pathology, and specialist consultation services. Our doctor network raises the quality of care for patients in emerging markets, and makes it available at affordable prices.

We are looking for a teammate to join us on the ground floor and be the junior project manager and ops hero our company needs to build and manage a new product line we’re building. This role will give you a comprehensive education in starting and running a company (or a division in one) in digital health from zero to one to a thousand. You will work closely with the founders of AlemHealth and our head of public health to keep a major new project moving in the right direction.

The Role

This is a full-time role to join a growing medical technology company. We’re looking for a teammate who is extremely detail oriented, highly communicative, process-oriented, and who is always seeking better ways of solving a problem. Your job will be part operations and part technical, supporting teams in multiple countries. New grads are encouraged to apply and this is a role that offers high-tech startup experience and career growth over time.

  • Lead and project manage complex health initiatives in developing countries to ensure they are delivering on time and to expectations. (50% of your time)

  • Work to understand user data, analyse inputs and outcomes, and generate ideas for new features to improve our product (30% of your time)

  • Assist founders with other tasks and workstreams as necessary (20% of your time)

Note: We are a fully remote team with teammates globally. This position is remote or based out of our office in Singapore. If you're not in Singapore, that's fine, but GMT+2 is about as far west as we'd recommend as the project you're working on is in GMT+4.
