AlemHealth’s award-winning RIS/PACS hardware and software connects hospitals and diagnostic centres in emerging markets to a global network of radiologists and AI services. Our RIS/PACS solutions are cost-effective and designed specifically to meet the unique needs of radiologists and diagnostic centres in places where there are too few of both. We make it easy for facilities and radiologists to get connected seamlessly to provide patient care.
We are seeking a talented and experienced RIS/PACS Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality demos, performing consultative sales, and working closely with prospective customers to identify their workflow issues and guide them towards the most optimal solution for their facility.
The ideal candidate for this position will also have experience providing demos over Zoom or other virtual platforms. Furthermore, we are looking for a sales executive who can effectively sell to radiologists and imaging center operators in emerging and frontier markets. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of these markets and will be able to tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs.
Conducting in-depth analysis of potential customers' current workflow and identifying areas where our RIS/PACS solutions can help improve efficiency and productivity
Providing effective product demonstrations that showcase the value of our RIS/PACS solutions to potential customers
Developing and implementing sales strategies that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential customers
Collaborating with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure that our solutions and sales collateral meet the needs of the market
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer organizations
Managing the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to continually improve our sales strategies
Strong knowledge of RIS/PACS solutions and related technologies
Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the diagnostic imaging industry
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with potential customers
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with consultative sales and a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and not afraid to pick up the phone
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or experience as a radiographer, field service engineer or similar.
